Centre for Public Affairs and Research (CPAR) today released its findings from a comprehensive exit poll conducted in the four states of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, and Telangana. The poll, conducted in three phases, indicates a clear trend of improvement for the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) in all four states. Asper trend, BJP and BRS are expected to retain government in MP and Telangana while BJP is on the way to snatch Rajasthan from Congress. Chhattisgarh will see a very close fight with BJP and Congress going neck to neck.
Rajasthan
In Rajasthan, the BJP’s position improved from 90 seats in the first phase to 107 seats in the third phase. The Congress’s position, on the other hand, declined from 105 seats in the first phase to 90 seats in the third phase.
